In order to obtain an LMIA, the candidate’s employer must process for the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). However, having an LMIA is optional for few occupations.

After receiving the LMIA document, the candidate has to send documents related to Positive LMIA report and job offer letter to the Immigration Office to continue the
Canadian Work Permit.

Step 3: Application for Temporary Work Permit:

For experiencing a faster process for the Work permit, the candidate has to launch an online application on the IRCC website. Here, candidates have to submit their application by providing relevant information such as passport, educational qualifications, work experience, proof of funds, etc.

Step 4: The Process of Temporary Work Permit:

If a candidate is qualified for the Canada Work Permit. Then, the Canada Border Services Agency will provide the Work Permit while entering into the country, i.e. at the Point of Entry or POE.  Usually, the application process for the Work Permit takes up to 9 months of time for completion.
